Service Description
Platform Features
Unified RAG provides an AI-powered customer support platform that allows you to train custom AI assistants on your content. Features include knowledge base integration, multi-language support, analytics, and API access.
Service Availability
We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform scheduled maintenance, updates, or emergency repairs that temporarily affect service availability.
Service Modifications
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time. We will provide reasonable notice for significant changes that materially affect your use of the platform.
Pricing & Payment
Subscription Plans
Our services are offered through various subscription plans with different features and usage limits. Pricing is available on our pricing page and may be updated from time to time.
Billing
Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, depending on your chosen plan. You authorize us to charge your payment method on file for all applicable fees.
Payment Methods

Late Payments

Refunds & Cancellation

Refund Policy
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for new customers. Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of your initial purchase. Refunds are not available for renewals or after the 14-day period.
No Partial Refunds
We do not provide partial refunds for unused time or features. If you cancel mid-billing cycle, you will have access until the end of the paid period but will not receive a prorated refund.

Feedback
If you provide feedback, suggestions, or ideas about our services, we may use them without any obligation to compensate you or keep them confidential.
Disclaimers & Limitations
Service 'As Is'
Our services are provided 'as is' and 'as available' without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that our services will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted.
AI Accuracy
While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated responses may contain errors or inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all AI-generated content before using it with your customers.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Unified RAG shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.
Maximum Liability
Our total liability for any claims arising from these terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Indemnification
Your Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Unified RAG, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of our services, violation of these terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
Arbitration
Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, rather than in court.

You agree to resolve disputes with us on an individual basis and waive your right to participate in class actions, class arbitrations, or representative actions.
